It was very nice, many restaurants, shops and many facilities

Amazing, I like everything, the facilities, staff, services and location. This is the first time I have visited the hotel and for sure it’s not the last inshallah. Special thanks to Mr. Habib, I like his kind surprises once I return to my room in the night, such as a some arts made by using towels. Thanks for everyone.

The size and spacious room

The mattresses in the pillow, wasn’t that comfortable. The for the hotel is a little bit small.

I really liked the spacious layout, the natural light, and the quiet surroundings. The property feels well-maintained and the design suits my needs

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff in general. Large room

Shower is erratic-hot then cold then hot. Bad design also for shower handle. Laundry service lost a shirt. Denied but I’m 100% certain. Plus staff on check in said I’d get bonvoy reward points but was mistaken bcs booked through 3rd party. Should have told me immediately. Now I learned afterwards.

I am writing to file a complaint about my recent stay at your hotel. I arrived on time for check-in, but my room was not ready, causing me inconvenience. Unfortunately, no compensation or alternative arrangements were offered during the delay.I request that you review my case and consider appropriate compensation for this experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Location, luxury, cleanliness, and direct access to the mall

Sports bar access needed physical passport to be scanned

That it has good services also it’s very relaxing and calm and they’re breakfast menus is good and it makes it easier for us to go to the mall since it’s attach and also the guy at the reception named “ynal” he was very nice and kind and made things for us.

room was large. had an amazing view. staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel has a great staff at your service upon arrival and departure. Particular thanks to Nassir, Islam, and there was one Moroccan gentleman who took our luggage. They are so kind and always helpful and meet you with a smile.

There is nothing in particular that I can say about this hotel except that it is too good to stay there.

Amazing hotel, lovely stay, wonderful staff and impressive breakfast spread. Sarah from the night shift was so kind when she knew we are traveling to celebrate a birthday, she added the breakfast to our stay. The breakfast and its staff were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. An access to Vandom Mall was a great plus. Lots of food options, cinema, shops, water canals, spa, mail couriers, supermarkets..etc.

It's clean and staff is helpful.The shampoo bottle was either empty or it was not working. The TV remote was not working seamlessly. It was working when you come close to TV.

It was very clean and elegant. The service and amenities were excellent too! I also loved the connection into the mall.

Hot tub column walls need repair. No access to the beach.

The coffee corner in the room was not clean ?

Comfortable bed, great selection of breakfast choices, helpful staff.

Some of the furniture choices could have been better. The desk & chair didn’t have to be so large as well as the seat & footrest that both took up much too much space.

I dislike the service this time the give my sweet at 4:30 And I informed the customer service in the reception my birthday on 15 February but he didn’t care and they didn’t put anything for celebration for me!!!

Amazing! You can book it with no hesitation. Friendly staff, delicious food, big rooms and perfect location. You can go to Katara, Pearl in 15 minutes and Souq Wakıf, Msheireb, Mina in 25 minutes.
